Osborne Rincon CPAs Wins ‘Best of Accounting’ Award For Superior Client Satisfaction

Osborne Rincon CPAs joins the highest echelon of accounting firms across the country as just one of 20 national firms named the ‘Best in Accounting’ for 2017.

The award, bestowed by the Inavero service quality research firm, recognizes Osborne Rincon CPAs’ truly exceptional levels of client service.

Inavero measured the client satisfaction of firms nationwide by distributing a survey to clients. According to the results, Osborne Rincon’s clients awarded them a net satisfaction score of 80% – astronomically better than the industry average of 18%.

“Regardless of how the industry as a whole does, our scores in themselves were phenomenal,” President/Owner Lee Osborne says.

For example, 87% of clients responded that Osborne Rincon “always delivers high-quality and error-free work,” and 90% said the firm has “a thorough understanding of their needs.”
