Osborne Rincon CPAs joins the highest echelon of accounting firms across the country as just one of 20 national firms named the “Best in Accounting” for the second year in a row.
The 2018 award, bestowed by the Inavero service quality research firm, recognizes Osborne Rincon CPAs’ truly exceptional levels of client service.
Inavero measured the client satisfaction of firms nationwide by distributing a survey to clients. According to the results, Osborne Rincon’s clients awarded them a net satisfaction score of 94% – astronomically better than the industry average of 18% – and even better than the firm’s 2017 score of 80%.
“We are especially proud of this year’s award, because it’s recognition of how hard we work to deliver truly exceptional service to our clients,” President/Owner Lee Osborne says. “We are never satisfied with just good enough.”
Indeed, client survey responses praised the firm’s “knowledge, ethics, and quality,” and ability to go “above and beyond expectations.”
