Osborne Rincon joined in the celebration of the spring harvest by participating in Coachella Valley Agriculture Week & Farmworker Appreciation May 18-22.
On Monday, May 18, members of the Osborne Rincon team including Pedro Rincon, Gloria Luna, and Carmelia Cortez took part in #Growchella selfies in support of farmworker appreciation.
Then on Friday, May 22, Lee Osborne was in the line-up for the Farm to the City Parade which stopped at each Coachella Valley city and gave the mayors a Coachella Valley produce sampler. There were 30 trucks in the parade decorated with U.S. flags, posters, the hashtag #GROWCHELLA, and fruit and vegetable graphics. Lee’s truck was especially colorful featured custom-made banners in support of the initiative featuring produce that’s grown here in the Coachella Valley!
